What is your refund/exchange policy?

Returns for unworn & undamaged merchandise will be accepted within 7 days from receipt of your purchase. Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping & handling charge is non-refundable. Refund for merchandise price only, will be issued within 2 business days from receipt of the returned merchandise in unworn, and undamaged condition.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed & shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment, and complete shipment details. I generally use First-Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. I will confirm once your order has been received and send a tracking number once your order has been shipped to you. Expedited Services available, select them at checkout.
Can you custom adjust the size of my elastic back hat?

I will be offering a "take in", and "let out" service, which will allow you to loosen/add or tighten/remove about 1/2" (half an inch) of room from the hat. The anticipated fee for this convenience is $7 per hat. Please inquire about the availability of this service. **Custom adjustment will add approximately 3 business day to the stated processing, and shipping lead times.
Will you make me a custom hat, will you sell in larger quantities for reduced pricing?

Please visit the "About Me" page for more details. My intentions are to be your go-to guy for 1990's era, vintage Ralph Lauren Polo inspired, 5 panel longbill caps. From blanks with elasticized backs, to "themed" RL inspired adjustable back caps, mesh sided, and made in Gore-Tex; I intend to leave no stone un-turned in my pursuit of brining both of us more hats that we could ever need to match every outfit, and climate condition possible :)
Do you have any lower cost international shipping options?

Please send me an inquiry with your full mailing address, and I will research alternate options. Due to frequently changing mailing rates, and occasional automated website miscalculations, it's possible I can get you a lower rate than what appears in your cart.
